En 2023 \/ 2024, l&#8217;introduction de ces cours dans onze communes \/ villes, dont trois dans le Fricktal, sera soutenue financi\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;introduction de ces cours interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnels a pour but de permettre aux jeunes et aux moins jeunes de se rencontrer davantage et de faire de l&#8217;exercice ensemble avec plaisir. En effet, les activit\u00e9s physiques interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles cibl\u00e9es am\u00e9liorent les performances physiques, le bien-\u00eatre psychosocial et les comp\u00e9tences socio-\u00e9motionnelles : Cela se fait gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un entra\u00eenement de la force et de l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre ludique et pr\u00e9ventif contre les chutes, ainsi que gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la promotion de formes de base d&#8217;activit\u00e9 physique et de l&#8217;\u00e9change entre les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n<p>Vous trouverez des impressions sur les offres interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelles dans le reportage de SRF-Kulturplatz : &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.srf.ch\/play\/tv\/redirect\/detail\/a4d610b1-8361-49e4-bd40-66463f73fcd7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jung trifft Alt im Basler Wesley Haus<\/a>&#8221;
