Id\u00e9e et objectif<\/h6><\/div><\/div>[vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text]Le “Parcours Hopp-la” a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en collaboration avec Pro Juventute<\/a>, Pro Senectute<\/a> et Pixxadoo<\/a>: un guide ludique pour une activit\u00e9 physique interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle avec ou sans appareils Hopp-la, emball\u00e9 dans une histoire. L’id\u00e9e est de montrer comment jeunes et moins jeunes peuvent atteindre ensemble, avec un maximum de plaisir et de joie, les recommandations hepa<\/a> pour une activit\u00e9 physique b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la sant\u00e9. Le parcours Hopp-la stimule aussi bien la force et la coordination des mouvements (notamment l’\u00e9quilibre) que l’endurance.<\/p>\n

Pour les adultes, le parcours Hopp-la avec “Training Plus<\/strong>” comprend des exercices suppl\u00e9mentaires pour la pr\u00e9vention des chutes. Ils se basent sur la campagne equilibre-en-marche.ch<\/a>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1\/3″]
